UO Close Up: 8 GIFs That Make You Think About Your Fear Face

Halloween Horror Nights 25 Scare Face

Our Entertainment team is comprised of seasoned experts in terrifying guests at Halloween Horror Nights. I consider myself a different type of expert – in getting scared.

That’s right – I’m a chicken, and I embrace it. I come to the event to get my blood-pumping and be “that girl” that the scareactors go after.

That got me thinking…everyone has their own brand of “fear face.” So I spent some time conducting thorough research to find some of the most common reactions to the event. Here’s what I uncovered.

1. The Screecher

This girl’s pierced more ears than a strip mall kiosk. She’s got a range any soprano would envy. Just don’t bring any glass products around her at the event.

2. The Terror-rator

This girl talks herself through every…single…scare.

3. Blinded Beauty

You may wonder how she even knows she’s in a haunted house. But seriously, how is she not running into anything?

4. Bromance for Life

These bros are besties and will take each’s other’s fear face to the grave. Ahem…unless it’s posted on our blog 😉

5. The Boo-et

These two scream at the same scares at the same time. It’s like they went to some kind of haunted house training camp.

6. The Evil Spirit (Fingers)

Sometimes, all you can do is shake it out.

7. Man of the Year…I Mean, Fear

8. Track Star

When faced with a scareactor, this person can outrun Usain Bolt. Eat their dust!

So here’s the challenge – go to Halloween Horror Nights and tell us which category you fall into using #HHN25. I triple-dog dare you!
