Florida’s first version of Halloween Horror Nights, then known as “Fright Nights,” only ran for three nights in October. The marketing materials may have featured Beetlejuice, but the event Icons consisted of the main Universal Monsters: Dracula, Frankenstein’s Monster, the Bride of Frankenstein, the Wolf Man, the Mummy and the Creature from the Black Lagoon (aka Gill-Man) [source].
