The “Cindy” character has gone through many revisions over the years.
In the storyline for Halloween Horror Nights 16’s “ScreamHouse: Resurrection” house, she is depicted as the recently-deceased daughter of Albert Caine, aka The Caretaker. The house includes several scenes alluding to Caine’s gruesome attempts to resurrect her (hence the house’s title).
In this instance, Cindy has blonde hair and wears light, “girly” clothes. Her portrait is visible just within the front door of the Caine family mansion (above).
This same portrait of “light” Cindy could also be seen in Halloween Horror Nights XX’s “Horror Nights: The Hallow’d Past” house (seen below).
