On October 29th, a mysterious poster appeared in the Sting Alley section of Universal Studios Florida. The “Alexander Crystal Seer” poster featured a turbaned prognosticator gazing into a crystal ball. The original version of this poster was released in 1910, a promotional item for the Vaudeville, Alexander. The 2014 version of the poster featured a new element: a sequence of numbers on Alexander’s crystal ball.
The numbers are encoded with an alphanumeric cipher: 1=A, 2=B, 3=C, etc. etc. When deciphered with this knowledge, the numbers reveal a series of locations found within Universal Studios Florida theme park.
